In my work with neurofeedback, I see the dance shifting and changing all the time. Although patterns get more stable perhaps with &quot;overpractice&quot;, they are still full of movement and change.

But perhaps that&#039;s where you were going with your question about how they could be both stable and changing at once? The resilience of returning to a practiced pattern combined with the possibilities of shifts emerging from the variability - sometimes dramatic, more often subtle; sometimes permanent, sometimes temporary... Neuroplasticity as co-ordination dynamics. ;-)</description>
